On December the 5th 2021 WBC Heavyweight World Champion Tyson Fury arrived in Cardiff as part of his homecoming tour to celebrate his latest knockout victory of Deontay Wilder.
The sold out event which took place at The Vale Sports Arena included, a performance by known singer and record label owner Chris Summerhill and also featured a Tom Jones tribute, heads and tales and a performance by acclaimed impersonator Al Foran.
Fans were delighted by an appearance by Tyson Fury’s father ‘big’ John Fury who took to the stage to share stories from his sons legendary career. Soon enough after an auction featuring a range of boxing items from Tyson Fury signed hand wraps to shorts and gloves signed by boxing greats including Mike Tyson, it was time for the main event of the evening Tyson Fury to arrive on stage.
Tyson in his usual honest and down to earth format was interviewed by renowned radio host Polly James before answering a handful of questions from fans and singing to the capacity crowd as a close out to the show. Truly an incredible evening proudly presented by Goldstar and LyonsDen Promotions.
